Rear-End Car Accidents in California
Rear-end crashes are one of the most common types of car accidents in California. Even at moderate speeds, these collisions can cause neck and back injuries, concussions, and lasting pain for victims. Medical bills, time off work, and vehicle repairs create financial stress on top of the physical harm.
When negligence causes a rear-end accident, victims may pursue compensation for medical costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Working with a car accident lawyer helps ensure insurance companies do not minimize payouts or deny valid claims.
At Leiva Law Firm, we fight to protect accident victims’ rights and secure fair compensation. Call us today at 818-519-4465 for a free consultation.
