Los Angeles, CA (December 12, 2024) – Police are asking for witnesses to help with an investigation after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a driver in Los Angeles County earlier this week.
According to the La Verne Police Department, dispatch received calls of an injury traffic collision around 4:55 p.m. on Monday. Officers responded to the intersection of Bonita Avenue and Damien Avenue and found an adult male pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle. The ongoing investigation lasted for hours, but no other details were released in the interim. An investigation is still ongoing.
