Chatsworth, CA (September 5, 2025) – A man lost his life in a deadly hit-and-run crash early Wednesday morning, September 3, in Chatsworth.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Lassen Street and Canoga Avenue around 5:30 a.m.
Los Angeles Police officers found 39-year-old Victor Cocolotta lying in a driveway with severe injuries. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived quickly but pronounced him dead at the scene.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage and evidence from the area.
