Beverly Grove, CA (February 25, 2026) – An 85-year-old man died after a house fire on Tuesday, February 24, in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles. Fire crews responded at 4:03 a.m. to the 800 block of North Crescent Heights Boulevard.
