Panorama City, CA (August 5, 2026) – A semi-truck hauling vehicles left at least three people injured Tuesday afternoon, August 4, after crashing into an apartment building in the 8900 block of Van Nuys Boulevard near Osborne Street in Panorama City.
The crash happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. Police said the truck veered off the roadway, crossed the curb, and struck the front of a 44-unit apartment complex while carrying eight vehicles.
The driver and another person were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while a third person was treated at the scene and declined additional medical care.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
