Los Angeles, CA (December 11, 2023) – The 101 Freeway in Hollywood was the scene of a six-car collision on Monday morning, with at least one person injured.
According to the California Highway Patrol, all southbound highway lanes were closed near Sunset Boulevard at around 2:30 a.m. as a consequence of the incident. Multiple wrecked vehicles and roadside debris were seen in the footage from the site, and the condition of one individual who was removed from the scene is still unclear. CHP officers also received reports suggesting a wrong-way motorist was the cause of the incident; however, they are still investigating the wreck.
