Los Angeles, CA (October 24, 2023) – According to the Traffic Incident Information Page updated by troopers with the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run on Mount Vernon near Del Amo Way left a pedestrian with significant injuries on Tuesday night.
According to CHP, the person was hit around 7:30 p.m., though it is unknown how seriously injured the pedestrian was.
The identity of the person involved is unknown, and officers say they were rushed to the hospital shortly after the accident occurred. The inquiry is still underway.
