Los Angeles, CA (September 26, 2023) – The rider of a pocket bike or mini bike was hurt in a hit-and-run accident in Los Angeles’s Vermont-Slauson area early on Monday.
The incident occurred near the corner of South Figueroa Street and West 69th Street and was reported just before 5:00 a.m.
The victim, whose current condition is unclear, was taken by EMS to a local hospital. The police officer said that the bike had also been stolen from the accident site.
Authorities are looking for the hit-and-run driver but haven’t released any details in the interim. Witnesses to the collision were asked to contact the Los Angeles Police Department.
