What Happens After a Multi-Vehicle Pileup in Encinitas, CA?
Determining fault in a chain-reaction crash that involves several vehicles can be complicated, since more than one driver’s actions may have contributed.
Since California follows a pure comparative negligence rule, each driver’s share of fault can affect how compensation is ultimately divided, which is why a car accident lawyer can help sort through liability when several vehicles are involved.
