Lancaster, CA (September 1, 2026) – A deputy and several civilians were hurt Tuesday afternoon, September 1, after a crash near 6th Street East and Avenue K.
The collision was reported around 1:56 p.m. and involved a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department vehicle.
Three ambulances responded to treat those involved. The extent of the injuries was unknown at the time.
Investigators are working to determine what led to the crash.
