Fullerton, CA (March 5, 2026) – A head-on crash left one person injured on Wednesday night, March 4, at the intersection of Woods Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton.
Emergency units responded to the intersection shortly after 8:30 p.m. after reports of a violent collision involving two vehicles. Video footage from the area showed a white truck positioned in the intersection as the driver prepared to make a left turn.
A second vehicle then struck the truck head-on. The strong impact caused the truck to spin in the intersection as debris scattered across the roadway.
Responders arrived and assessed the drivers involved in the crash. Paramedics treated one injured person at the scene before taking them to a nearby hospital. Officials said the injured victim remained in stable condition after the collision.
Police continue to investigate the collision.
