Los Angeles, CA (October 31, 2025) – A deadly hit-and-run accident on Thursday, October 30, in Lake View Terrace left one pedestrian dead and another injured. The crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard near Kagel Canyon Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
Investigators said a vehicle struck two pedestrians walking along the roadway before speeding away. One victim died at the scene, while the second pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police are carrying out their search for the driver responsible for the tragedy.
