Los Angeles, CA (July 11, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash left two men dead and a young girl critically injured in the Hyde Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles on Friday morning, July 10. The collision happened around 10:45 a.m. in the 7700 block of Crenshaw Boulevard, near South Victoria Avenue and 77th Street.
Authorities said that a Toyota was making a left turn when a northbound black BMW struck it. A third vehicle also became involved in the crash.
The male driver and a male passenger inside one vehicle died at the scene. Their identities remain withheld until their families receive notice.
Bystanders pulled the breathing child from the back seat and handed her to arriving emergency units. She was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, but no medical update has been released.
Witnesses reported that the BMW was traveling faster than 100 mph before the accident. Officials said driving under the influence did not appear to be a factor, while excessive speed likely contributed.
