Rancho Cucamonga, CA (July 28, 2026) – At least one person died, and others were hurt, on Monday morning, July 27, in a multi-vehicle wreck that shut down the westbound 210 Freeway in San Bernardino County.
The crash happened around 10:15 a.m. east of Day Creek Boulevard, involving four to five vehicles, including a big rig and two SUVs that overturned, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The cause has not been released, but CHP confirmed the collision was fatal and requested a coroner’s vehicle. Westbound lanes reopened around 2 p.m. after a SigAlert closure.
